Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground ham
    1 egg
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    16 or 18 graham crackers (crumbs)
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix ham, egg, onion, milk and graham cracker crumbs.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    In meantime, make glaze by mixing brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard.
