Cranberry Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yams, cooked and peeled
    1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. honey
    2 oz. bourbon
Preparation
    Cut yams in half lengthwise.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Mix cranberry sauce and lemon juice well; spread over yams.
    Gently warm honey, butter and bourbon; pour over yams.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
    Serves 4.
