Favorite White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
    Let stand until foamy.
    Mix in salt, milk and 3 1/2 cups flour.
    Mix until thoroughly blended.
    Add oil and gradually blend in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Shape into ball and place in greased bowl.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Punch down and make into 2 loaves or 9 x 13-inch pan of rolls.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Will sound hollow when tapped.
