Bacon Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. bacon fat, chilled
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients.
    Cut in bacon fat until crumbly. Add milk
    and
    form
    soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board or floured wax
    paper.
    Knead
    lightly.
    Pat
    to 3/4-inch thick. Cut biscuits
    and
    bake on ungreased cookie sheet in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
