Bran Muffins For Dieters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole-wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (added to milk)
    1 1/2 c. natural bran
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. skim milk
    raisins or dates (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquids and add all at once to dry. Stir just to moisten. Makes 15 to 16 large muffins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
