Chicken Wiggle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baking hen (6 to 8 lb.)
1 can English peas
1 can pimento peppers
6 oz. spaghetti
2 medium onions
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms (6 oz.)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Stuff hen with chopped onions and celery; salt and pepper to taste and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until well done (2 hours).
Drain chicken stock and use to cook spaghetti.
Bone and cut up chicken. Mix cut up chicken with spaghetti, English peas, mushrooms and peppers.
Place in casserole dish and cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
