Busy-Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a small mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Turn into pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
