Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine flours.
    In a large bowl, mix thoroughly flour mixture, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until liquids are very warm (120\u00b0).
    Margarine does not need to melt.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and stir for 2 minutes.
    If needed, stir in additional flour to make a stiff dough.
    Turn onto a lightly floured board.
    Knead until smooth (8 to 10 minutes).
    Cover with plastic wrap and clean dish towel.
    Let rest for 20 minutes.
