Ma Glockner'S Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
Preparation
    Combine cheese, sugar, milk and coconut in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spoon into pie crust.
    Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
    Freeze until firm.
    Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
