Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 to 3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. onion
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, buttermilk, eggs, celery and onions. Bake as you would cornbread until done. Crumble and mix with boiled eggs, stuffing mix and chicken broth. Grease 11 x 14 pan. Pour in half of dressing mixture. Top with deboned chicken. Add remaining dressing.
