Scalloped Potatoes (Optional With Diced Ham) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lg. potatoes (2 1/2 - 3 lb.)
6 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 level tsp. salt
4 c. 2% milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 level tsp. butter
Preparation

Put sliced potatoes in a 3 qt. casserole.
Make a white sauce by combining the flour, salt and milk (cold) together.
Pour over potatoes to just cover.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle top with pepper.
(Optional:
diced ham blended in or just over top.)
(Also optional: diced onions).
