Fiesta Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. noodles and cheese dinner
1 c. medium white sauce
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 (8 or 10 oz.) pkg. cooked peas, drained
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. sage
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare noodle dinner as directed on package except using 3/4 cup milk.
Add sauce, chicken, peas, onion, mushrooms, salt and sage.
Mix lightly.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
