Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. zucchini, sliced (not too thin)
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
    1 stick butter or oleomargarine
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil zucchini, carrots and onions in water, almost to cover, for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Mix sour cream and soup together and add to vegetables.
    Melt margarine and add both packages from Stove Top stuffing.
    Put half of crumb mix on bottom of casserole dish, add vegetables and put remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
