Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. pimento
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan at 400\u00b0.
Invert to serve.
