Chili Relleno Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1 lb.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    5 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Layer cheese and chilies in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour eggs over mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
    Cut in 2-inch squares.
    Yields 2 dozen appetizers.
