Chicken Velvet Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. chicken stock
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 Tbsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. warm milk
1 pt. hot chicken stock
1 c. warm cream
Preparation
-
Blend butter and flour well.
Add warm milk, chicken stock and warm cream.
After cooking well, add 1 quart chicken stock, cooked chicken, salt and pepper.
Yield:
2 1/2 quarts.
