Creole Lima Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes
1 can lima beans or 1 pkg. frozen
4 slices bacon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf
1/2 onion, diced
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; then dice.
Cook onion until brown. In a saucepan, pour in tomatoes; add flour, salt, pepper, bay leaf and paprika.
When mixture begins to thicken, add bacon and onion. Finally add lima beans.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
