Easy Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, divided
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat together half of the evaporated milk, all the butter and all the cake mix.
    Press half of the dough into the bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
