Daing Na Bangus(Seasoned Milkfish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole bangus (about 2 lb. dressed) or whitefish
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Cut the fish lengthwise along the back.
    Lay flat, skin side down, in a shallow dish.
    Combine all other ingredients, except oil and flour; pour over the fish.
    Let stand, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 1 day, turning once or twice.
    Drain; dry thoroughly with paper towel.
    Sprinkle all over with flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides (about 10 minutes).
