Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. broken pecan meats
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix butter, pepper, salt and potatoes.
Shape in balls.
Roll in flour, sprinkle with nuts and dip in melted butter.
Arrange in a shallow pan, and bake for 15 minutes or until brown, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg may be added.
