Sweet And Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Heat salad oil until hot.
    Add celery, peppers and onion; brown lightly.
    Work fast and add cornstarch and tomato juice slowly until thickened.
    Add brown sugar and lemon juice; cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp and serve over cooked rice.
