Cheddar Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix together soup, paprika and pepper.
    In a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle shredded cheese over slices.
    Spoon soup mixture over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
