Tutti-Fruitti Log Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/3 c. golden raisins
1/3 c. dates
1/2 c. dried apricots, soaked 2 hours in hot water
1 c. chopped walnuts
small jar maraschino cherries
Preparation

Blend first four ingredients (cheese grated).
Add finely chopped raisins, dates and apricots.
Shape in log roll in aluminum foil.
Chill well.
Roll in finely chopped cherries and walnuts. Place roll in clean aluminum foil and chill until ready to serve. Place in center of serving tray, surrounded by Waverly crackers.
