Mexican Rare Bit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, ground and fried
    3 lb. ground beef, fried in bacon fat and not too brown
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 small bunch celery, ground
    1 medium onion, ground
    1 green pepper, ground
Preparation
    Add tomatoes, celery, onion and green pepper to bacon and ground meat.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Taste and season.
    Put on platter.
    Cook 1 pound spaghetti.
    Wash and drain.
    Spread over meat mixture.
    Cut up 1 pound sharp cheese and spread over spaghetti.
    Put in oven long enough to melt cheese.
