Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sliced or crushed pineapple
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 pkg. yellow or pineapple cake mix
Preparation
    Combine margarine and brown sugar. Spoon into bottom of approximately 20 greased and floured muffin tins. Drain pineapple and place on top of brown sugar. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour muffin tins 2/3 full of cake mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and turn out on rack to cool.
