Baked Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    10 1/2 oz. can chicken soup
    2 c. instant rice
    1 1/4 c. Carnation milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops for 20 minutes or until barely done.
    Blend milk with soup.
    Add water, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix with rice.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add chops.
    Pour remaining mixture over top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with pears or apples, if desired.
