Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 carrot, shredded
1 green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil
all ingredients together (except for the cabbage) for one minute.
Pour over cabbage.
Cool and freeze.
Remove from freezer on
the
day
it
is to be served.
Allow about 4 hours to thaw.
