Italian Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine egg, milk, water, flour, dressing mix and salt.
    Beat 1 1/2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add oil.
    Beat 30 seconds more.
    Don't overbeat.
    Pour batter into 6 greased muffin cups, 6 ounces each.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 for additional 25 minutes.
