Quick Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 lb. bacon
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Fry the bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble.
    Sprinkle bacon over pie shell.
    Grate the cheese and sprinkle over bacon.
