Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Put all ingredients together in electric blender, mix well. Pour in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce oven to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Do not open oven door until baking time is over.
