Crowned Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 pork chops
2 cans cream-style corn
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 bell pepper, chopped
cracker crumbs

Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops on both sides and place in baking dish.
Mix corn, onion, bell pepper, eggs, salt and pepper and enough cracker crumbs for a medium thick consistency.
Spread over pork chops and bake approximately 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
