Barbecued Squirrel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 squirrels, dressed
    flour
    salt and pepper
    cooking oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut up the squirrels into serving size pieces.
    Dredge in salted and peppered flour and brown in cooking oil.
    Prepare barbecue sauce by combining remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cooking over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Pour the sauce over the meat, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender. Uncover the pan and broil an additional 15 minutes.
