Absolute Auction Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large onions
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Slice onions. Mix all ingredients. Dip onion slices in batter and deep-fry.
