Pumpkin Pie Recipe - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine the sugar, salt and spices in a small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl and stir in the cooked pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk. Pour into the pie shell.
