Whipped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes, boiled until soft and mashed
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 egg
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. cream
marshmallows

Preparation

Peel potatoes; boil until soft, then mash.
Add 3 tablespoons sugar, butter, egg (beaten until light), salt and cream.
Turn into buttered dish and put in slow oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Put marshmallows on top and brown.
