Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
    4 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil, adding eggs one at a time.
    Beat well after each egg.
    Slowly add flour sifted with salt, soda and cinnamon. Add carrots and beat well.\tPour into an 11 x 14 pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
