Glazed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can mandarin oranges or 2 small cans
1 can pineapple chunks
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
3 oz. pkg. jello vanilla pudding - not instant
4 bananas
Preparation

Drain mandarin oranges and chunk pineapple good and save juice. Mix the 2 juices.
In meantime, rinse cherries in cold water and cut in halves.
Put 1 c. of juice in saucepan.
Add vanilla pudding.
Bring to boil and cool until clear and thick.
Cool the pudding mixture and then pour over the drained fruit and cherries. Just before serving, add bananas, cut in chunks.
Can be kept in refrigerator quite a while without the bananas.
They should only be added just before serving.
