Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, separated
1 c. boiling water
pie crust
juice of lemon to taste
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook pie crust.
Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and boiling water in a double boiler.
Cook until thick.
Put in cooked pie crust and add meringue.
To make meringue, beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar.
Put on pie and bake in oven until brown.
