Broccoli And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 c. warm tap water
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain and set aside.
    Saute celery and onion in stick of oleo.
    Mix 1 cup warm water into dressing.
    Add celery and onion mix to dressing.
    Make paste of flour and butter over medium heat in saucepan.
    Add milk and stir until white sauce is smooth.
    Add broken chunks of cheese to white sauce and stir until melted.
