Raw Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 small bunches broccoli
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    3 stalks celery
    1 red onion
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Pour mixture over vegetables.
    Better if made 1 to 2 days ahead of the day you will be serving it.
