Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. rum flavoring
Preparation

In large bowl, mix oil, eggs, sugar and lemon extract.
In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Add to first mixture.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Mix well. Spread mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Brush top of warm cake with butter and rum.
Serves 6 to 8.
