Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli in mixing bowl; combine everything but corn mix.
    Stir muffin mix into first mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
