Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. wings
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Texas Pete hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
Preparation
    Use a large boiler with a lid.
    Brown wings in oil.
    Place hot sauce, margarine and lemon juice in boiler.
    Bring to a boil. Place wings in boiler, half of wing first, then other half.
    Place lid on boiler and shake vigorously, covering all wings with mixture.
    Pour into serving dish, for wet wings.
    Drain, then pour into dish, for dry wings.
