Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    dash of pepper
    1 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place half of slices in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Add ground meat, salt, pepper, kidney beans and onions.
    Arrange remaining potatoes on top.
    Combine tomatoes and water and spoon over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
