Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
pinch of salt
dash of nutmeg
2 drops almond extract
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract.
Mix well; add milk and mix.
Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole or pie crust.
Before baking, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake until knife comes out clean.
