Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. buttermilk or sour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 sq. chocolate, melted

Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt.
Add brown sugar, shortening, buttermilk and vanilla.
Beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and melted chocolate and beat for another 2 minutes.
Pour into two 9-inch pans (be sure to use big pans) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
