Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    4 eggs
    12 oz. carton cottage cheese (low-fat)
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt oleo
    in
    9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add the other ingredients. Mix
    well (dough will be stiff).
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
