Microwave Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Measure milk.
    Cook uncovered at High for 4 minutes.
    Combine with beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla in bowl, adding gradually. Pour into 4 (1/2 cup) custard bowls. and sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups into glass baking dish with 1 inch hot water in dish. Microwave uncovered 10 minutes and cool.
