Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 large box strawberry gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 box white cake mix
1 large bag mini marshmallows
Preparation

Spread rhubarb in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix sugar and gelatin powder and pour over rhubarb, then marshmallows. Then pour white cake mix batter over top.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 until done.
Let stand several minutes before turning over so cake is not too runny.
