Baked Sole Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sole fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 lemon
1/2 lime
1/2 orange
Preparation

Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and onion powder.
Place in baking dish.
Lightly squeeze lemon and lime over fish.
Roll fillets and secure with toothpicks.
Dice lemon, lime and orange. Sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
Serves 2.
